What are your return policies?
All items in this shop are made on demand, specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or size exchanges if:
- you ordered the wrong size
- you changed your mind
- you no longer want the product
- you expected a different color or fit
👉 Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you will receive a free replacement or a refund.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- photos of the issue
- your order number
- your name and email address

Are any purchases excluded from exchange or return?
Yes. The following cases are excluded:
- Incorrect size chosen
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference issues
- Any on-demand item without a production defect
- Worn or washed apparel
Only items with manufacturer or print defects qualify for replacement or refund.
When will I receive my order?
Each item is produced after your order is placed.
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: varies by region
Typical delivery times:
- EU: 5–10 business days
- USA / Canada: 3–7 business days
- UK: 4–8 business days
- Worldwide: 7–20 business days
Total delivery time = production + shipping
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand.

Our merchandise is fulfilled by Printful, using their global production network.
Example for hoodies:
- Weaving – Pakistan

- Manufacturing – Pakistan
Printful automatically selects the closest fulfillment center to your address to reduce CO₂, costs, and delivery time.
What are the shipping costs?
