General
Who is behind this store?
Mythic Melodys is an independent music and merchandise project operated from Switzerland by Pascal Stich. Merchandise is fulfilled on demand through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Printful.
Are the products print-on-demand?
Yes. Products are produced or printed after you place an order. This reduces overproduction, but it means that production time is required before shipping.
Production & Fulfilment
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days. During holidays, promotions or periods of high demand, production may take longer.
Where are orders fulfilled?
Orders are fulfilled through Printful’s fulfilment network. The available fulfilment facility is selected based on factors such as product availability, production method, delivery destination and fulfilment capacity. Fulfilment from a particular country or location cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. If delivery is not available to your location, you will not be able to complete shipping to that destination.
How long does shipping take?
Typical estimated shipping times after production are:
- Europe: approximately 3–10 business days
- North America: approximately 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: approximately 7–20 business days
These delivery periods are estimates and may vary because of local carrier services, customs processing, destination, product availability or seasonal demand.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is available for most orders. If tracking is available for your shipment, a tracking link will be sent by email after dispatch. Some local postal services may provide limited tracking updates.
Are customs charges, import VAT or handling fees included?
Any taxes charged at checkout will be shown before payment. Depending on the destination and fulfilment route, additional customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees may be charged upon import or delivery. Unless expressly shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns, Withdrawal & Order Issues
What happens if my product is damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect?
Please email contact@mythicmelodys.com as soon as possible. To support quick processing through our fulfilment partner, please report visible issues within 30 days after receiving the product, where reasonably possible, and include your order number, a description and clear photos of the issue.
For confirmed production or fulfilment errors, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a free replacement or refund. The request to contact us within 30 days does not restrict any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law.
Do I need to send a defective product back?
Please do not return an item before contacting us. For many confirmed printing or manufacturing issues, a physical return is not necessary. If a return is required, we will give you return instructions.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size?
For consumers in the EU/EEA and United Kingdom, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to online purchases of standard, non-personalised merchandise. Please notify us within 14 days after delivery. For non-faulty returns under this withdrawal right, you bear the direct return shipping cost unless mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to cover it.
For customers outside the EU/EEA and United Kingdom, we do not offer voluntary non-faulty returns or size exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer, unless required by applicable local law.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Production may start shortly after checkout, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled before shipment. Please contact us immediately if you made an error. Any statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

How do I choose the right size?
Please use the size guide displayed on the relevant product page before ordering. Sizes may differ between product types.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
Which currency is used?
Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the store or at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees if your payment account uses another currency.
