Q: Who is behind this store?
A: Mythic Melodys is an independent music project based in Switzerland. All merch is produced on demand through a trusted print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you.

Q: Are the products print-on-demand?
A: Yes. Every item is made only after you place your order. This reduces overproduction and waste, but it also means we cannot keep stock or resell returned items.

Production & Fulfillment

Q: How long does production take?
A: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, big promotions) it can take a bit longer.

Q: Where are orders fulfilled?
A: Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner using facilities in the EU, UK, US and other regions, depending on your delivery address and stock availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is not available to your location, you will see this at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Typical shipping times after production:
– Europe: about 3–10 business days  
– North America: about 5–12 business days  
– Rest of world: about 7–20 business days  

These are estimates and can vary based on local postal services, customs, or peak seasons.

Q: Will I receive tracking?
A: Yes, for most destinations you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Some local postal services may offer only limited tracking updates.

Q: Customs, duties and taxes
A: Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import VAT or handling fees charged by your local customs office or postal service. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout and must be paid by you, the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Because all items are produced on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please check the size guides carefully before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and affected area.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution, such as a refund if applicable.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:
– Your order number  
– A short description of the issue  
– Clear photos of the product and the affected area  
– A photo of the packing slip or shipping label  

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because production usually starts shortly after you place your order, we can only cancel or change orders if they have not entered production yet.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please use the size charts shown on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for hoodies and t-shirts.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Available payment methods are shown at checkout (for example major credit cards, PayPal, and other local options, depending on your region).

Q: In which currency are prices shown?
A: Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates and fees if you pay in a different currency than your card/account.
