Production, Returns, Refunds & Statutory Rights
This product is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner after you place your order.
Standard Returns for Non-Personalised Products
For standard, non-personalised Mythic Melodys products, we accept return requests from customers worldwide if you notify us within 14 days after receiving the product.
This also applies if you selected the wrong size, colour or variant, changed your mind, or no longer wish to keep a non-defective product. This return policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
To request a return, please email contact@mythicmelodys.com within 14 days after receiving your order and include your order number and the product you wish to return.
After receiving your return request, we will provide return instructions and the authorised return address. After notifying us, please send the product back within 14 days using the instructions provided by us.
Please do not send non-defective returns directly to Printful or to any other address before receiving return instructions from us.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to cover it.
For voluntary returns where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies, we refund the price paid for the returned product; original shipping charges are not refunded unless we expressly agree otherwise. Where applicable law requires it, including for eligible statutory withdrawals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Additional costs resulting from express or upgraded delivery options are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A refund may be reduced where the returned product has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit. Apparel may be tried on as in a retail store, but should not be worn beyond fitting, washed, damaged, stained or returned in an altered condition.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For eligible consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights for standard, non-personalised online purchases remain unaffected. Damaged, Misprinted, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect due to a production or fulfilment error, please email contact@mythicmelodys.com as soon as possible.
To help us process your claim promptly through our fulfilment partner, please report visible damage, print defects, manufacturing defects or incorrect items, where reasonably possible, within 30 days after receiving the product.
Please include:
- your order number;
- your name and the email address used for the order;
- a short description of the issue;
- clear photos of the full hoodie and the affected area; and
- a photo of the packing slip, shipping label or damaged packaging, where relevant and available.
For a confirmed production, printing or fulfilment error, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a free replacement or a refund.
Please do not return a damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect hoodie before receiving instructions from us. For confirmed production, printing or fulfilment errors, our fulfilment partner generally does not require the defective product to be returned. The issue is usually reviewed using the order information and clear photos of the problem.
The request to report visible issues within 30 days helps us process claims through our fulfilment partner and does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any longer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods that may apply in your country.
Customs, Taxes & Import Charges
Any taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete payment.
Depending on your delivery country and the fulfilment route, additional customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance charges or carrier handling fees may be payable upon import or delivery.
Unless expressly shown as collected or included at checkout, these additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
